Tea Guru (Sales Associate)

Join the Capital Teas team as a Tea Guide, where your passion for tea and exceptional customer service will shine! In this role, you’ll create memorable experiences by:

Interfacing and Educating Customers: Share your knowledge of our diverse tea offerings, guiding customers to discover flavors that suit their preferences and wellness goals.

Acting as a Wellness and Flavor Consultant: Recommend teas based on customers’ tastes, health interests, and lifestyle, fostering a personalized shopping experience.

Engaging Customers: Build rapport through warm, enthusiastic interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Restocking Inventory: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and beautifully presented to showcase our premium teas and accessories.

Maintaining Order and Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, organized, and inviting, upholding Capital Teas’ high standards of presentation.

Required Qualifications:

Some sales or retail experience required, ideally in a customer-facing role.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Energetic, positive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people.

Passion for tea and wellness is a plus!

Employment Details:
