Discoveries: The Library at the Mall

Work involves responding to a wide variety of customer interests in library services and satisfying requests for technology assistance, materials in print and electronic formats, employment related navigations, information access and library instruction. As well, work encompasses promoting programs, events, and exclusive database services; supporting partnerships related to public health initiatives, AACPL Foundation campaigns, community services, and all literacy related goals. Work is performed under the supervision of a member of the regular information staff using established guidelines. Provision of account services and circulation services are expected on occasion.
