Job Description
Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 per hour based on performance and tips. • Commission Structure: Uncapped commission structure starting at 40% and scaling up to 55% (or a guaranteed hourly base wage, whichever is higher). • Perks: High-volume shop with an established, immediate clientele walk-in base. • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available for full-time employees.
Position Requirements
• Licensing: An active Maryland Barber or Cosmetology license is required. • Experience: All experience levels are welcome, but a strong foundation in both hair-cutting and customer service is preferred. • Availability: Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
