About us : OTHELLO & ALABASTER is a growing artisanal brand handcrafting all-natural, detergent-free soaps and luxury solid shampoo and conditioner bars. We're launching our retail presence at Annapolis Mall and are looking for energetic, creative team members to represent our brand in person and online and to help us grow our brand in coverage, exposure and creative expression.

The Role :

Retail & Customer Engagement 

• greet mall shoppers with warmth, share product stories and recommend natural skincare routines based on our soap's compositions.
• process POS transactions and handle retail sales.
• maintain an immaculate, upscale kiosk display, restock inventory and track stock levels, share opening and closing duties. 

Content Creation & Social Media Growth

• turn retail downtime into digital traction: shoot TikToks/Reels, snap aesthetic product photos, draft and post engaging social media posts, create and update website content and help contribute to and test brand growth rates
• respond to follower comments, DMs and engage with skincare, eco-friendly and pet-lover communities.
• participate in creative brainstorming on viral hooks, seasonal promotions and live demo ideas to expand the brand reach.
