• Assist customers in finding and selecting the latest sports fashion trends
• Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the JD brand and its products
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company
• Continuously develop product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new arrivals and trends
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory management, and cash handling
• Act as a brand ambassador for JD Sports, representing the company in a professional and positive manner
• Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills
